Mountain appears on older W-family acoustic guitars. Some instruments carry the additional Made by Hayashi wording, which should be documented for the individual example. Mountain and Blue Mountain are different brand names and are not automatically treated as one range.
Choosing a Mountain instrument
For a W-300 or W-350, check any suffix letters too. Compare body shape, bridge and saddle adjustment range. A sticker or seller’s description does not replace confirmation of top construction.
