Where should you start when choosing a guitar?
Start with how you want to play: an acoustic for singing, an electric for a band or a bass for recording? In the shop you can filter by instrument type and brand, and sort by price. Save the models that interest you and compare their pages: two guitars with similar names can have different hardware, condition and repair histories.
When contacting us, include the listing link or SKU. Tell us what you currently play, your budget and what you would like to change. This helps us discuss a particular instrument rather than base your choice solely on its year or logo.
Read the photos, condition and service details together
Look at the whole instrument and close-ups of the body, headstock, neck and hardware. A beautiful photograph shows appearance; it does not replace a condition report or a record of work. If a view important to your decision is missing, tell us which detail you would like to see.
Our archived Greco EG800 is a useful example. Its description records replacement frets and nut, plus action and intonation adjustment. These are specific details about that instrument, not a promise of identical work on every Greco. Compare details like these when buying.

What does PRE-SALE mean?
PRE-SALE identifies a pre-order listing. Its description may cover work still to be done and work that depends on an assessment of the instrument. “Will receive new frets” and “frets have been replaced” describe different stages of preparation.
Before buying, check the work, price and fulfilment timeline in the individual listing. If you need the instrument for a concert or trip, tell us the date and ask us to confirm the schedule before completing the purchase. Appearing in the catalogue does not by itself mean ready for immediate dispatch.
An archive example: preparing an acoustic
The archived Yamaha L-6 description records fingerboard levelling, replacement frets, new bone nut and saddle, and a setup for 12–53 strings. A record like this explains what was done to that particular instrument and which string set it was prepared for.
For a current guitar, read its own page. If it leaves questions about condition or setup unanswered, contact us. The archive documents earlier instruments; current listings are in the shop.

Buying online, delivery and contact
From an instrument page, open its Reverb listing or linked Allegro offer when available. Before paying, check the final price, currency, delivery cost to your country, expected timeline and return terms on the chosen platform. Do not assume that the conditions of one listing apply to another.
Would you like to see the guitar first? Contact us about a visit to Dąbrowskiego 307 in Poznań and include the model or SKU. The “Ask about this instrument” link on the product page adds its name and identifier to your email subject. You can ask about additional photographs, service work or delivery details.
